As an Accredited practitioner of the British Association of Behavioural Cognitive Psychotherapists, which includes the Irish Association of Behavioural Cognitive Psychotherapists I am bound by their standards of conduct, performance and ethics which state that "I must respect the confidentiality of service users: I must treat information about service users as confidential and use it only for the purposes for which they have provided it."
